231 m of the Sumitomo Fudosan Roppongi Grand Tower, 68 mm on your shelf
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Print the tower slowly
The tower's height makes a slow print with cooling useful. Layers of 0.12–0.16 mm keep the vertical faces crisp.
- One piece with the ground
The Sumitomo Fudosan Roppongi Grand Tower is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Sumitomo Fudosan Roppongi Grand Tower takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Sumitomo Fudosan Roppongi Grand Tower
The Sumitomo Fudosan Roppongi Grand Tower rises 231 m (roughly 758 ft) in Roppongi, part of Tokyo's Minato ward. It is a 40-story commercial skyscraper completed in September 2016 as the outcome of Roppongi 3-chome East Side Project. Sumitomo Realty & Development counts it as the largest commercial office building in its property portfolio.
The developer owns and manages more than 200 office properties in central Tokyo. Nikken Sekkei designed the tower, and Obayashi Corporation and Taisei Corporation built it as a joint venture. It stands beside the Izumi Garden Tower, another Sumitomo Realty property, on ground once occupied by the IBM Japan head office and the Roppongi Prince Hotel.
The tower sits on a slope, with a car entrance for passengers and the main atrium on the 4th floor. Levels 10 through 27 and 31 through 43 hold commercial office space, TV Tokyo Holdings has its headquarters there, and a 27-story residential building of 109 m stands alongside.
