  1. Sloped roof and cornices

The sloped roof and the heavy cornice lines are the main features. Print friendly adapts the fine ornament to the print scale; Full detail keeps it, best on a larger print with thin layers.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Tiffany and Company Building is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Tiffany and Company Building takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Tiffany and Company Building

The Tiffany and Company Building, known too as the Tiffany Building and as 401 Fifth Avenue, has eight stories and stands where Fifth Avenue meets 37th Street in Midtown Manhattan. Stanford White of McKim, Mead & White designed it in the Renaissance Revival style, and it was constructed from 1903 to 1905 as the main store of the jewelry firm Tiffany & Co. It is a designated New York City landmark and also a National Historic Landmark.

The marble facade is inspired by a Venetian palace, the Palazzo Grimani di San Luca. Large entablatures and cornices divide it into three horizontal tiers: square piers and rectangular openings in the lowest, and round columns and arched openings in the upper two. Behind the facade is a steel superstructure, topped by a sloped metal roof that looks like a tiled one.

Charles T. Cook, president of Tiffany & Co., developed the building for $600,000, and it opened on September 5, 1905. The interior originally had seven stories above ground and two basement levels, with a vault in the basement and an exhibition space on the seventh story. In 1940 the company relocated its flagship to a new store on 57th Street.
