Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A small open belfry

The belfry on the roof ridge is small and open. Print friendly adapts it to the print scale; Full detail keeps it, and works best on larger prints with a fine nozzle.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Trinity Chapel, Queens is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Trinity Chapel, Queens takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Trinity Chapel, Queens

Far Rockaway, in Queens, New York, is home to Trinity Chapel, an Episcopal church at 1874 Mott Avenue. Richard Upjohn designed it, and it went up in 1858. It began as a mission launched from Trinity Church, which is in Hewlett, New York, and it has also been called St. John's Church.

The chapel is a frame Gothic Revival building on a brick foundation, three bays wide and five bays long. Wood shingles cover its steeply pitched roof, and a wooden belfry with a steeply pitched pyramidal roof sits on top. In 1881 the congregation became an independent parish and took the name St. John's of Far Rockaway. It merged with Trinity Church in 1974; a year later the building was sold to another congregation. Its National Register of Historic Places listing came in 2002.
