Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Long platforms and canopies

Stations often have long platforms with thin canopies. A larger print size keeps these small details; use Full detail with a fine nozzle, or Print friendly for a small print.

  2. One piece with the ground

Wien Meidling railway station is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Wien Meidling railway station takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Wien Meidling railway station

Wien Meidling is one of the main railway stations in Vienna, Austria, standing at the Philadelphiabrücke; its name is German for Vienna Meidling. Wikidata gives its opening date as June 20, 1841, and lists Austrian Federal Railways as its owner. Its passenger traffic puts it among the busiest railway stations in Austria.

The Südbahnhof (South station) came down in December 2009 to clear the way for Vienna's new Hauptbahnhof, and Wien Meidling then took over the Südbahnhof's functions. Long-distance services call here, among them Intercity Express trains from Hamburg and Dortmund to Vienna Airport, and RailJet services linking Vienna with Zürich, Munich, Frankfurt, Graz, Villach, Budapest and Prague. EuroCity and EuroNight trains also run to cities including Warsaw, Belgrade, Zagreb and Rome.
