Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Chimneys and dormers

Several slim chimneys and small dormers stand along the roof. Print friendly adapts these small parts to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on a larger print with a layer height of 0.12-0.16 mm.

  2. Porch and shutters

The front has a porch and rows of shuttered windows. A bigger print size keeps this fine detail crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

Willowmere is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Willowmere takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Willowmere

In the Village of Roslyn Harbor, Nassau County, New York, a historic mansion called Willowmere, also known as Pearsall House, stands on Bryant Avenue at number 435. It began around 1750 as a dwelling of two and a half stories with a gambrel roof and a five-bay front facade, and it was expanded in 1893.

Admiral Aaron Ward (1851-1918), described as a rose lover, owned the property. In 1926 the house was renovated in the Colonial Revival style, and a portico was added. Listing on New York State's Register of Historic Places came on February 24, 1997, and a National Register of Historic Places listing followed on July 22, 1999.
