6 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Arched windows and cornice
The lower floors have rows of arched openings, and the top has a decorated cornice. Print friendly adapts these small details to the print scale; Full detail on a larger print keeps more of them.
- One piece with the ground
The Yorkville Bank Building is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Yorkville Bank Building takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Yorkville Bank Building
The Yorkville Bank Building stands at 201–203 East 85th Street and 1511–1515 Third Avenue, on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Robert Maynicke designed it in the Renaissance Revival style, and it was built in 1905 for the Yorkville Bank. In 2012 the city's Landmarks Preservation Commission designated it a landmark.
It operated as a bank through 1991, then was converted. In the conversion, the ground floor became retail space and the upper floors a fitness center. Its address spans both a side street and an avenue: East 85th Street and Third Avenue.
