Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Crown of A-frame pylons

Twenty-eight A-frames and four taller corner spikes ring the roof edge, their feet almost meeting. Print friendly adapts the thin legs; Full detail keeps the zigzag for a large print or a fine nozzle.

  2. Stripes that dip at the corners

The banded facade breaks and sweeps down on each chamfered corner. Layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep those shallow grooves and the roof line sharp.

  3. One piece with the ground

Kaliningrad Stadium is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Kaliningrad Stadium takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Kaliningrad Stadium

Kaliningrad Stadium occupies a site on Oktyabrsky Island in Kaliningrad, Russia, and is one of the grounds of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, where four matches were played. It hosts FC Baltika Kaliningrad, which plays in the Russian Premier League, in place of Baltika Stadium, and its design follows the Allianz Arena Munich concept, the ground that staged matches at the 2006 World Cup in Germany. Its first match, on April 11, 2018, was between Baltika and PFC Krylia Sovetov Samara.

The ground was the westernmost venue of the 2018 tournament. The regional government picked the French architectural bureau Wilmotte & Associes for the construction project in April 2012, with NPO Mostovik and Mersfor Rus as partners, at a project value of $280 million. The island site, settled on in December 2014, is often threatened by flooding, and a new bridge spans the river to improve connections to the area around it.

The ground has two tiers of seating, a VIP section and ultramodern security systems, among them more than 700 cameras. Football is not its only use: as a multiple-purpose arena it can also take other sporting events, conferences and concerts. The federal government set aside 40 million rubles for renovation in March 2019.
