14 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Blue masts round the bowl
Paired masts lean round the facade, their stays dropping in a V onto the roof edge. Print friendly adapts the slender booms and stays at small sizes; Full detail or a bigger print keeps them.
- Rising roof edge
The ring roof climbs toward its front edge, with trusses beneath it and a zigzag truss under the eave. Layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep the eave line and the trusses readable.
- One piece with the ground
Metalist Sports Complex is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Metalist Sports Complex takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Metalist Sports Complex
The Metalist Sports Complex, which takes in the Metalist Stadium, is a multi-use ground in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Construction began in 1925 on the order of Anastas Mikoyan, and the stadium opened on September 12, 1926 as Traktor, the labor coming from the Kharkiv Lokomotive Factory, known today as the Malyshev Factory. At its opening it was the city's biggest stadium, a title it kept until Dynamo Stadium arrived in 1931.
Before World War II the ground was renamed Dzerzhynets, after Felix Dzerzhinsky, and it has carried the Metalist name since 1967, the year its capacity reached 10,000. The stadium has had four renovations in all. The second began in 1970 and took four years; it added the north and south stands, taking capacity to 30,000, along with the stadium's first roof, a drainage system and floodlighting.
The fourth renovation prepared the ground for Euro 2012; the work was finished by the end of 2009 and the renovated stadium opened officially on December 5, 2009. It seats about forty thousand spectators. In August 2016 the ground became home to Metalist 1925, now FC Kharkiv, after FC Metalist Kharkiv collapsed earlier that year, and Shakhtar Donetsk followed in February 2017.
