  1. A tall residential tower

At small print sizes the facade detail of a tall high-rise can blur. Print it larger for clarity, and use layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm for crisp vertical edges.

  2. One piece with the ground

111 Murray Street is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. 111 Murray Street takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About 111 Murray Street

111 Murray Street, once called 101 Murray Street and 101 Tribeca, is a residential skyscraper finished in 2018 in Manhattan, part of New York City. Witkoff Group and Fisher Brothers developed it where Murray and West Streets meet, in the Financial District and Tribeca and near Battery Park City. The tower reaches 792 feet (241.4 m) at its pinnacle and has 156 luxury condominiums, with 2,100 square feet (195 sqm) for shops at street level. In its immediate area it ranks third in height, behind 30 Park Place and behind 56 Leonard Street, and its height equals that of the Woolworth Building.

Construction replaced St. John's University's former building at 101 Murray Street; the developers bought that site for $200 million in May 2013. Financing closed two years later, in May 2015, with money from a Chinese insurer and a $445 million construction loan provided by Blackstone, Deutsche Bank and M&T Bank. Demolition was complete by summer 2015 and foundation work began; the building topped out in 2018. A plaza of 10,600 square feet (985 sqm) lies beside the tower, and Kohn Pedersen Fox designed the building.
