About 270 Park Avenue
270 Park Avenue, a supertall skyscraper in New York City, is also known as the JPMorganChase Tower. It rises on the East Side of Midtown Manhattan and fills the whole city block between Madison Avenue and Park Avenue, from 47th Street to 48th Street, with a public plaza at street level. The building is the global headquarters of JPMorgan Chase, and its interior has room for 15,000 employees.
Foster + Partners designed the tower, which rises 423 m (1,388 feet) and has 60 stories. Above the lobby, setbacks on the west and east sides step the building toward a pinnacle and form seven rectangular masses of varying sizes. At the base, 24 massive columns carry the tower above a lobby that is 24 m (80 feet) high. It replaced the Union Carbide Building, a 52-story tower from 1960 that was torn down in 2021, and was formally topped off in November 2023.
Art is part of the site. In the Madison Avenue plaza stands A Parallel Nature by Maya Lin, a stone work designed to resemble the bedrock beneath Manhattan. At night the building is lit by Celestial Passage, a light artwork by Leo Villareal, and the display is visible from Brooklyn and Queens on the far side of the East River.
How it prints
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
| Print size | Landmark height | Scale |
|---|---|---|
| 160 mm default | 113 mm | 1:3,750 |
| 200 mm | 141 mm | 1:3,000 |

- A tall stepped tower
- The tower narrows through a series of setbacks toward a thin top. Print slowly with good cooling, and use 0.12–0.16 mm layers to keep the stepped crown crisp.
- Shallow diagonal lines on faces
- Fine diagonal lines mark the tower's faces. Print friendly adapts them to the print scale, while Full detail keeps them on a larger print or with a fine nozzle.
- One piece with the ground
- 270 Park Avenue is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
- In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
- Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. 270 Park Avenue takes the building color.
- File format
- You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

Common questions
Is there a 270 Park Avenue STL I can download?
Mini Skyline builds the file for you in your browser and exports 3MF, which every major slicer opens. If you need an STL, open the 3MF in your slicer and export it from there.
How big can I print it?
Any print size from 40 mm across. 270 Park Avenue grows with the print: about 113 mm tall on the default 160 mm print. For a model larger than your printer bed, Project Mode splits the area into tiles.
Is it free?
Yes. Generation runs in your browser, with no account and nothing behind a paywall.
