Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A very tall tower

The tower stands far above everything around it in this model, so its upper section is the finest part. Print slowly with good cooling, and use layers of 0.12-0.16 mm to keep the vertical faces crisp.

  2. One piece with the ground

The China Resources Tower is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The China Resources Tower takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the China Resources Tower

China Resources Tower rises 392.5 m (1,287.7 ft) in Houhai, part of Nanshan in Shenzhen, Guangdong, and is nicknamed the Spring Bamboo. Work on it began in 2012; the structure reached its top on July 1, 2016, and the building was finished in 2018. On completion it took third place among Shenzhen's tallest buildings, ahead of Shun Hing Square.

At the foot of the tower is the Shenzhen Bay MixC shopping mall, with parking levels in the basement. Metro services link that mall to Shenzhen Bay Sports Centre and to Houhai Station on Line 11. Kohn Pedersen Fox designed the skyscraper in a postmodern style. China Resources owns the tower and keeps its headquarters inside it.
