The tower is tall and narrow at the default size. Slow the print and use cooling on the upper floors, and choose 0.12–0.16 mm layers to keep its edges crisp.
- One piece with the ground
Shum Yip Upperhills Tower 1 is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

About Shum Yip Upperhills Tower 1
Shum Yip Upperhills Tower 1, known in Chinese as 深业上城大厦 1, is a supertall skyscraper in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. It stands 388.1 meters (1,273.3 ft) tall, has 80 floors above ground, and was completed in 2020. Construction began on February 12, 2014. Its structural system is unusual among supertall towers with mega-columns.
The tower uses a novel structural system, the Ladder Core System. Instead of linking the outer mega columns to the core only at mechanical floors, it ties them to the reinforced concrete core on every floor. In the office portion it also leaves out the supplemental gravity columns found in other supertall towers with mega-columns. On each face the corner framing beside the mega-columns cantilevers 8.5 m, forming a balanced cantilever that creates a 28.5 m clear span between the two mega-columns. The result is a column-free middle span on every face.
