377 m of the Ciel Dubai Marina, 103 mm on your shelf
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Tapered crown
The tower narrows toward the top, so the upper floors and crown are the finest part. Layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm and slower printing help the taper and apex stay clean.
- A tall, tapered print
A larger print keeps the upper floors and the recesses near the top readable. Full detail suits a big print; Print friendly adapts small details at the default size.
- One piece with the ground
The Ciel Dubai Marina is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Ciel Dubai Marina takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Ciel Dubai Marina
Ciel Dubai Marina is a hotel skyscraper in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. Its structural height exceeds 377 meters (1,237 ft); it is the world's tallest hotel-only building. NORR Group designed it with a sculptural form that tapers at both the top and bottom, a silver facade and recesses near the apex.
The plan sets out 1,042 rooms, including 150 suites, across 82 floors. Its foundation uses about 12,000 cubic meters of concrete and more than 2,700 metric tons of steel. The design also includes energy-efficient systems, rainwater harvesting and green roofs, which are intended to support biodiversity and reduce urban heat.
IHG Hotels & Resorts' Vignette Collection includes the hotel property, and The First Group Hospitality operates it. The First Group Hospitality is a division of The First Group, which developed the tower, and it handles the hotel's daily management and operations. The design includes a restaurant, a rooftop bar and an infinity pool.
