180 m of Conrad New York Midtown, 49 mm on your shelf
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Clean edges on a tall tower
The tower is much taller than it is wide, so each layer near the top is small. Print slowly with good cooling, and use 0.12 to 0.16 mm layers.
- One piece with the ground
Conrad New York Midtown is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Conrad New York Midtown takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Conrad New York Midtown
Conrad New York Midtown was the name of a hotel at 151 West 54th Street in Manhattan, New York. The 54-floor tower rises 179.8 meters (590 feet). Frank Williams & Associates designed it, and it was built from 1988 to 1990. The hotel held 562 suites.
A complete renovation came before a grand opening on October 1, 2019, with the hotel design by Stonehill Taylor. The building operated earlier as the RIHGA Royal, and it carried the Conrad name until 2024. The property later became The London, a Luxury Collection Hotel.
