Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Small details on a church

Print friendly adapts small details to the print scale, while Full detail keeps every modeled feature on a larger print or with a fine nozzle. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm keeps fine vertical detail crisp.

  2. One piece with the ground

Our Lady of Lourdes Church is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Our Lady of Lourdes Church takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Our Lady of Lourdes Church

In Harlem, in New York City, Our Lady of Lourdes Church is a Catholic parish church under the Archdiocese of New York. Its address is 463 West 142nd Street, and it sits between Convent and Amsterdam Avenues. The parish was established in 1901 to serve a growing Catholic population in Hamilton Heights, and a school opened in 1903. The church itself went up from 1902 to 1904 for $80,000, to a design by Cornelius O'Reilly, of the firm O'Reilly Brothers.

The building is unusual for how it was assembled. It combines leftover pieces of three demolished structures, which Fr Joseph H. McMahon acquired at a bargain. The 142nd Street facade reuses pieces of the demolished National Academy of Design building, and the apse and part of the eastern wall, with stained-glass windows, came from St. Patrick's Cathedral. The pedestals beside the entrance steps came from A. T. Stewart's mansion. Its designation as a New York City Landmark came on July 22, 1975, and it has been described as among the oddest buildings in New York.
