The landmark on its own, at its size on a 160 mm print. Print friendly thickens thin parts for a 0.4 mm nozzle; Full detail keeps every part.

16 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Stepped wings and a rounded crown
The building rises in several stages, with a curved enclosure near the top. Print friendly adapts small roof details to your print scale; Full detail keeps every modeled feature.
- Rows of narrow windows
The faces carry many tall, narrow window recesses. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm keeps them crisp, and a bigger print keeps more of them.
- One piece with the ground
The Soho Grand Hotel is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Soho Grand Hotel takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Soho Grand Hotel
The Soho Grand Hotel is on West Broadway, at number 310, in Lower Manhattan's SoHo district between Grand Street and Canal Street. A church, St. Alphonsus Liguori, once stood where it is. Of its 353 guest rooms, ten are suites and two are penthouses.
It opened on August 4, 1996, over significant opposition from local residents; eight earlier tries at building a hotel there during the previous ten years had failed. In downtown Manhattan, it was the first luxury boutique hotel. An art gallery inside the hotel also opened in 1996.
David Helpern of Helpern Architects designed the hotel, and William Sofield of Studio Sofield designed the interiors. The architecture and design work in bottle glass and cast iron molding, two features that are prominent in SoHo's industrial-era neighborhood buildings. In 2004 the hotel added two penthouse loft suites.
