285 m of Tomorrow Square, 77 mm on your shelf
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Open crown and its sphere
The crown is four tapering panels with a slot and a small ball between them. Print friendly adapts these thin points to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on larger prints. Slow printing helps the tips.
- Tall shaft with fine facade lines
The shaft carries fine grid lines and shallow recesses. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm and a bigger print size keep them crisp.
- One piece with the ground
Tomorrow Square is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Tomorrow Square takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Tomorrow Square
Tomorrow Square stands in Huangpu District, in the Puxi part of Shanghai, China, close to People's Square. It rises about 285 m (934 ft). The multi-purpose tower houses a JW Marriott hotel with 342 rooms, plus 255 executive apartment units, and its base contains a conference center, a shopping center and subway access. The hotel's foyer sits on the 38th floor.
Work was finished on October 1, 2003. The tower is built as two prisms, with the second offset diagonally from the first, at the point where the apartment section gives way to the hotel. The top ends in a peak made of four triangles. Its library is the highest one inside any building in the world, a record.
For the exterior vertical support system to work, the engineers picked flat slabs under the hotel levels and beam-and-slab floors in the office levels. Shear walls combined with frame action keep the slender tower steady against wind and earthquake forces. Bored piles 80 m (260 ft) long, topped by a column mat, form the foundations.
About this model
Tomorrow Square is one of more than 4,900 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
