About Trump Park Avenue
At 502 Park Avenue, in Manhattan's Lenox Hill neighborhood, Trump Park Avenue is a condominium residence. It was finished in 1927-28 and began life as the Hotel Delmonico, a 35-story hotel. Architect Emery Roth, to whom the design is attributed, was responsible for many hotels and apartment buildings of luxury across the city in the early twentieth century.
The hotel opened as the Viceroy Hotel, was shortly renamed the Cromwell Arms, and became the Hotel Delmonico in 1929. Benjamin Winter Sr. developed it as Manhattan was seeing a rush of new hotels in the late 1920s. The Trump Organization bought the property in 2001 and converted it into luxury residential condominiums. Architect Costas Kondylis led the renovation, which kept the original limestone facade while the interior was fully redesigned, and it reopened under the name Trump Park Avenue.
How it prints
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

- Mostly hidden by neighbors
- In the renders, taller buildings hide much of this narrow tower. A larger print size and Full detail keep its facade detail; print slowly with cooling for the upper floors.
- One piece with the ground
- Trump Park Avenue is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
- In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
- Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Trump Park Avenue takes the building color.
- File format
- You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
