382 m of the World Trade Center Abu Dhabi, 96 mm on your shelf
Make this print opens the generator on a 650 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Slender shafts and crowns
Two unequal towers rise from a low podium, each ending in a sloping crown with a raised rim. Print friendly keeps the paired silhouette; Full detail preserves the crown lips and the fine facade relief.
- Glazing and retail base
The shafts have shallow vertical waves and grouped glazing bands above a mall podium and hotel block. Use 0.12 to 0.16 mm layers to keep those bands and the podium screens crisp.
- One piece with the ground
The World Trade Center Abu Dhabi is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The World Trade Center Abu Dhabi takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the World Trade Center Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi's World Trade Center is a two-skyscraper complex in the United Arab Emirates. It contains two malls and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel. Construction had been scheduled to end in 2010, but the 2008 financial crisis pushed completion to 2014. The original plan called for three skyscrapers; the crisis led contractors to withdraw the Hotel Tower, leaving the two that were built.
The taller tower, Burj Mohammed bin Rashid, is a residential building 382 meters (1,253 ft) high with 92 floors. At its completion in 2014, it was Abu Dhabi's tallest building and the city's skyscraper with the most floors. The building stands next to the shorter Trust Tower, an office building.
The Trust Tower is an office building 278 meters (912 ft) high with 60 floors, completed in the second quarter of 2012 and opened to the public in 2013. It provides leased space and offices for the World Trade Centers Association. A large mall and a souk connect it to the Courtyard by Marriott, and both are operated by the World Trade Center.
