Nippert Stadium in 3D
The landmark on its own, at its size on a 160 mm print. Print friendly thickens thin parts for a 0.4 mm nozzle; Full detail keeps every part.

- Scale

14 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Open bowl and thin east deck
The bowl is open at one end, and the east upper seating is a thin deck on exposed supports. Print friendly thickens these edges; a larger print keeps the splayed pavilion crisp.
- X braces and balconies
Large X braces on the outward-leaning west facade and projecting balconies face the field. Use 0.12–0.16 mm layers and a bigger print so the thin braces survive.
- One piece with the ground
Nippert Stadium is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Nippert Stadium takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Nippert Stadium
Nippert Stadium stands in Cincinnati, Ohio, on the University of Cincinnati campus. It is used mainly for American football. The University of Cincinnati's Bearcats, a Big 12 team, have played on the site in rudimentary form since 1901 and in a permanent concrete stadium since 1915. Among college football venues, that places it fourth for oldest playing site and fifth for oldest stadium. Its capacity is 40,124 seats after the 2014 expansion and renovation and the removal of corner seats in 2017.
The stadium is named for James Gamble Nippert, a University of Cincinnati player injured in the last game of the 1923 season, against Miami University. He died of blood poisoning a month later. His grandfather, Procter & Gamble's James N. Gamble, provided the money needed to finish the stadium, and it was dedicated in 1924 with 12,000 seats.
The stadium also served as a soccer venue, home to FC Cincinnati from its first USL season in 2016 through the 2020 MLS season, after which the club moved to TQL Stadium. Architecture Research Office, working with Heery International, designed the 2014–15 renovation and expansion.
