About 1500 Broadway
1500 Broadway, also named Times Square Plaza, is a Midtown Manhattan office tower facing Times Square in New York City. Arlen Realty & Development Corporation finished it in 1972. With 33 stories, it rises 119 meters (392 feet). It took the place of the Hotel Claridge and fills a whole block front on Broadway's east side, between 43rd and 44th Streets.
Bronze aluminum and tinted glass windows form the facade. Its bottom four stories were refurbished in the late 1980s, and the lower facade also carries a billboard and two curved news tickers. Times Square Studios and ABC Studios fill part of the lower floors, and the building offers roughly 43,000 m2 (460,000 square feet) of space.
A zoning rule approved by the city's Board of Estimate encouraged new office buildings near Times Square to include theaters. In January 1970 National General Pictures announced plans for a movie-theater skyscraper, and Arlen Realty became the developer. The cinema opened on December 12, 1972, and tenants signed the first office leases in March 1974.
How it prints
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

- A narrow tower among giants
- The tower is slim and hemmed in by other high-rises. Print friendly keeps the thin parts printable; a larger print size keeps the facade ribs and the stepped top crisp.
- One piece with the ground
- 1500 Broadway is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
- In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
- Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. 1500 Broadway takes the building color.
- File format
- You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

Common questions
Is there a 1500 Broadway STL I can download?
Mini Skyline builds the file for you in your browser and exports 3MF, which every major slicer opens. If you need an STL, open the 3MF in your slicer and export it from there.
How big can I print it?
Any print size from 40 mm across. 1500 Broadway grows with the print: about 32 mm tall on the default 160 mm print. For a model larger than your printer bed, Project Mode splits the area into tiles.
Is it free?
Yes. Generation runs in your browser, with no account and nothing behind a paywall.
