About 75 Livingston Street
75 Livingston Street goes by the names Court Chambers Building and Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce Building. A tower in Downtown Brooklyn, New York City, it has 30 stories. Abraham J. Simberg was the architect, and it was built in 1926. The tower stands 105 m (343 ft) high.
The first designs went further. Early plans called for a height of 131 m (430 ft) and a terrace dining room on the 25th floor. Because it also carried the address 66 Court Street, the building was once called the Court-Livingston.
Built as offices, the tower became cooperative apartments in 1981. A 2010 decision placed it within the Borough Hall Skyscraper Historic District. Many residents objected, saying its architecture was not important enough to deserve landmark protection and that the designation would cost them financially. It was still included and was landmarked in 2011.
How it prints
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

- Pointed cap and ornate upper floors
- The tower narrows into a small pyramid-shaped cap with fine ornament below it. Print friendly adapts these details to the print scale; Full detail keeps them, and layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm help.
- One piece with the ground
- 75 Livingston Street is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
- In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
- Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. 75 Livingston Street takes the building color.
- File format
- You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
