About 75 Wall Street
With 43 stories and a mix of uses, 75 Wall Street rises in Lower Manhattan's Financial District. Welton Becket & Associates were the architects, and London & Leeds developed it as an office tower. Barclays announced it in 1984 as its North American headquarters, on the southwest corner where Wall Street meets Water Street. No other building had gone up directly on Wall Street for fifteen years. It opened in 1987.
Before construction, the site went through a three-month archeological study. The South Street Seaport Museum received over 250,000 historical artifacts from London & Leeds, many of them dug up at 75 Wall Street. Several firms leased space once the building opened, and JPMorgan Chase bought it from Barclays in 2005.
Hakimian Organization and Peykar Brothers Realty bought the building later in 2005. By 2009 the upper floors had become 346 residential condominiums, and in January 2010 the lower floors began operating as the Andaz Wall Street hotel. Navika Capital took over the hotel in 2022 and renamed it Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York.
How it prints
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
| Print size | Landmark height | Scale |
|---|---|---|
| 160 mm default | 43 mm | 1:3,750 |
| 200 mm | 54 mm | 1:3,000 |
| 256 mm | 69 mm | 1:2,344 |

- Ribbed, rounded sides
- Narrow vertical ribs wrap the rounded sides of the tower. Layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep the ribs crisp, and a larger print size keeps them from blurring together.
- Hemmed in by tall neighbors
- Tall buildings stand close on every side in the model. Print friendly keeps the narrow gaps between them readable at small sizes.
- One piece with the ground
- 75 Wall Street is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
- In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
- Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. 75 Wall Street takes the building color.
- File format
- You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

Common questions
Is there a 75 Wall Street STL I can download?
Mini Skyline builds the file for you in your browser and exports 3MF, which every major slicer opens. If you need an STL, open the 3MF in your slicer and export it from there.
How big can I print it?
Any print size from 40 mm across. 75 Wall Street grows with the print: about 43 mm tall on the default 160 mm print. For a model larger than your printer bed, Project Mode splits the area into tiles.
Is it free?
Yes. Generation runs in your browser, with no account and nothing behind a paywall.
