About World One
World One is a 76-floor skyscraper in Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, standing 280.2 m (919 ft) tall. It rises on the former site of the Shrinivas Mill, a plot of 7.1 hectares (17.5 acres) that the Lodha Group bought from Shrinivas Cotton in 2005. The site also holds World View and World Crest, two further towers, and the Lodha Group developed the whole complex.
Construction began in 2011, with an estimated price tag above US$321 million. Earlier designs of 501.33 m (1,645 ft) and 442 m (1,450 ft) failed to win clearance from the Airports Authority of India, and the project stalled for a few years. It was then redesigned to be shorter, with 76 floors and a top at 280.2 m (919 ft), and it was built to that size.
Pei Cobb Freed & Partners designed the building; Leslie E. Robertson Associates was the structural engineer and BuroHappold Engineering the MEP engineer. Arabian Construction Co. and Simplex were the civil contractors for World One. Its neighbors are World View, a 73-floor tower 277.6 m (911 ft) tall, built between 2015 and 2020, and World Crest, a 57-floor tower 222.5 m (730 ft) tall, built between 2011 and 2017.
How it prints
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
| Print size | Landmark height | Scale |
|---|---|---|
| 160 mm default | 75 mm | 1:3,750 |
| 200 mm | 93 mm | 1:3,000 |

- Fine floor bands
- The facade is made of thin horizontal floor bands. A larger print size and layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep them readable, and Print friendly adapts the thinnest lines to the print scale.
- Very tall for its width
- The tower is slim compared with its height. Printing slowly with good cooling helps the upper floors stay clean.
- One piece with the ground
- World One is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
- In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
- Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. World One takes the building color.
- File format
- You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About this model
World One is one of more than 2,300 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
Common questions
Is there a World One STL I can download?
Mini Skyline builds the file for you in your browser and exports 3MF, which every major slicer opens. If you need an STL, open the 3MF in your slicer and export it from there.
How big can I print it?
Any print size from 40 mm across. World One grows with the print: about 75 mm tall on the default 160 mm print. For a model larger than your printer bed, Project Mode splits the area into tiles.
Is it free?
Yes. Generation runs in your browser, with no account and nothing behind a paywall.
