About Milwaukee
Milwaukee is Wisconsin's most populous city and the seat of Milwaukee County, on Lake Michigan's western shore. It had 577,222 residents at the 2020 census, fifth among Midwestern cities by population, and more than 1.57 million people live in its metropolitan area. The city lies where the Milwaukee, Menomonee and Kinnickinnic rivers meet. After the 1833 Treaty of Chicago, settlers made it a hub for trade and industry, using its location as a port, and it was incorporated in 1846. The city drew immigrants from Germany, and it gained a reputation as a national beer leader, with the Miller, Pabst and Schlitz breweries at its head.
Milwaukee's residential areas are known for Polish flats: two-family homes with separate entrances, the units stacked one above the other, which let a family of limited means buy a home and a rental unit together. Byron Kilbourn, one of the city's three founding fathers, set up Kilbourntown on the river's west side and saw to it that roads toward the river did not join those on the east side, which accounts for the many angled bridges. The U.S. Bank Center, completed in 1973, rises 183 m (601 feet) downtown, and the city has some 75 sculptures as well as a mural scene that includes Black Cat Alley.

Yes. All 2 models on this page are free. Generation runs in your browser, with no account and nothing behind a paywall.
Can I download Milwaukee landmark STL files?
Mini Skyline builds each file for you in your browser and exports 3MF, which every major slicer opens. If you need an STL, open the 3MF in your slicer and export it from there.
How tall do the Milwaukee landmarks print?
On the default 160 mm print they stand between about 11 and 13 mm tall. Each landmark grows with the print size, and Make this print opens the generator with its area already selected. For a model larger than your printer bed, Project Mode splits the area into tiles.
