About Verona
Verona, the largest city in the Veneto region of Italy, is one of the region's seven provincial capitals and the second-largest city in northeast Italy. Its population was 255,139 in 2026, and its metropolitan area covers 1,426 km2 and holds 714,310 people. The della Scala family ruled between the 13th and 14th centuries; under Cangrande I della Scala the city grew rich and powerful and was ringed with new walls. Three plays by William Shakespeare are set in the city, and in November 2000 UNESCO declared it a World Heritage Site on account of its urban layout and architecture.
Verona kept many ancient Roman monuments through the early Middle Ages, among them the Arena. An earthquake on January 3, 1117 destroyed or badly damaged many early medieval buildings, which led to a large Romanesque rebuilding. The Basilica of San Zeno Maggiore, raised from 1123 to 1135, is Romanesque, with a bell tower 72 meters tall (236 ft) that Dante mentions in the Divine Comedy. The Castelvecchio Bridge, finished in 1356, spans 48.70 m (159.78 ft) and was then the largest bridge arch in the world. Sant'Anastasia was built from 1290 to 1481 for the Dominicans.

Common questions
Are these Verona landmark models free?
Yes. All 2 models on this page are free. Generation runs in your browser, with no account and nothing behind a paywall.
Can I download Verona landmark STL files?
Mini Skyline builds each file for you in your browser and exports 3MF, which every major slicer opens. If you need an STL, open the 3MF in your slicer and export it from there.
How tall do the Verona landmarks print?
On the default 160 mm print they stand between about 8 and 9 mm tall. Each landmark grows with the print size, and Make this print opens the generator with its area already selected. For a model larger than your printer bed, Project Mode splits the area into tiles.
